Numbing & Comfort
Topical anaesthetic cream is applied to the lips 15–20 minutes before the procedure to minimise discomfort.
Most lip filler products also contain lidocaine within the formula itself, providing additional pain relief during injection.
Precise , Conservative Injection
Using fine needles, Dr Gregorio places the filler in precise locations — body of the lip, vermillion border, cupid’s bow or corners, depending on your goals.
The procedure takes 20–40 minutes. You are in control throughout and can pause at any time.
Recovery & Results
Some swelling and tenderness is normal in the first 24–72 hours — the lips are particularly prone to swelling due to their vascular nature.
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, extreme heat and lip makeup for 24 hours. Final results settle after approximately 2 weeks.
