5. Booking & Payments
   • Appointments can be booked online, via WhatsApp, or directly with our clinic team.
   • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
   • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with adequate notice (see Cancellations).
   • Remaining balance must be paid on the day of treatment.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
   • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
   • No-shows may be charged the full treatment amount before a new appointment can be scheduled.
7. Treatment Policy
   • All patients must complete a medical history form before treatment.
   • Vitalumina reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
   • Follow-up appointments are provided when required and must be booked within the appropriate time frame.
8. Refunds
   • Treatments and services are non-refundable.
   • Refunds based on dissatisfaction are not offered, as results vary and depend on individual physiology.
   • In the rare event of an adverse reaction, appropriate aftercare and medical support will be provided.

   • Client dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations
